Your proposals
PHOENIX Electric is occasionally approached by people who wish to make proposals to the Company, including ideas, memos, drawings and concepts regarding new products, technologies, designs, production methods, advertisements, marketing and others (collectively, “Proposal(s)”). However, at the same time, PHOENIX Electric is constantly engaged in its own research and development in a wide range of areas, and thus there is the possibility that a yet-to-be-published idea conceived originally by the Company happens to be extremely similar to a Proposal made by you. Such eventuality could lead to misunderstanding or dispute between you and the Company.
In order to avoid such contingencies, PHOENIX Electric has a policy of refusing to accept any Proposal that you may make. Your understanding and cooperation in this regard would be highly appreciated.
If any Proposal is sent to PHOENIX Electric by you in spite of the Company’s policy stated above, the Company will, in principle, return any such Proposal to you without considering or evaluating the content thereof. Please note that for any Proposal you send to PHOENIX Electric, the Company will assume that you agreed to the following terms:
PHOENIX Electric does not assume any obligation to maintain the confidentiality of any Proposal sent to the Company.
PHOENIX Electric does not assume any obligation to consider, evaluate or adopt any Proposal sent to the Company.
