In-house training

PHOENIX Electric provides its employees with educational training regarding personal information protection, and ensures that the training content is shared thoroughly within the Company.

Supervision over third parties entrusted with personal information

PHOENIX Electric may entrust the handling of personal information of its customers to third parties within the scope of legitimate use. In such cases the Company supervises such third parties, requiring them to strictly control the personal information they handle.

Restriction on providing personal information to third parties

PHOENIX Electric will not disclose or provide to third parties any personal information of its customers without the customers’ consent, except where required by law.

Requests for disclosure, correction and/or other treatment of personal information

o the extent that is reasonable and necessary, PHOENIX Electric will promptly respond to requests from its customers for checking, correcting, and/or other requests with regard to their personal information held by the Company.

Continued review of in-house system

PHOENIX Electric will continue to review and improve the Company’s privacy rules as well as its organizational system to enforce the rules, so as to ensure the continued effective and appropriate operation of the said rules and system.
